5. Quality Standards

Vendors must maintain high quality standards including:

• Responding to customer inquiries within 24 hours
• Maintaining a minimum order fulfillment rate of 95%
• Keeping product defect rate below 2%
• Resolving customer complaints professionally

6. Intellectual Property

By listing products on EzySearch:

• You grant EzySearch a license to display your product information and images
• You confirm you have rights to all content you upload
• You agree not to infringe on third-party intellectual property rights

7. Data and Privacy

As a vendor, you agree to:

• Handle customer data in compliance with applicable privacy laws

8. Account Suspension and Termination

EzySearch may suspend or terminate your vendor account for:

You may terminate your account at any time after fulfilling all pending orders.

9. Limitation of Liability
